Slicks Pottery sits on a quiet lane just outside Mt. Airy, where the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains meet rolling farmland. We've been shaping clay by hand for years — not because it's trendy, but because nothing beats the feel of fresh earth spinning under your palms.
Our studio is open to the public. Walk in, browse the shelves lined with mugs, vases, planters, and custom commissions, and watch the wheel spin in the back. If you've never thrown a pot, we'll show you how.
